Why
EventFull Strategies?
Precision execution. Bold results.
A truly successful corporate event or video does more than leave its attendees
and viewers with a good feeling, it achieves specific objectives, it engages
and motivates its participants, and it strengthens an organization's brand
and message from start to finish - sometimes quietly, always powerfully.
None of this happens by magic, but it should always appear that way.
In the end, the difference between a good event or video and a great one
is the experience of its planner or producer. It’s knowing what
questions to ask and being able to problem-solve on the fly. It’s
not being easily surprised because you’ve seen it before under different
circumstances. It’s the ability to build effective teams and to
know your exact place on them. It’s being fluent in ceo-, video
talent-, guest of honor- and vendor- speak.
Ultimately, success lies in the ability to pull together the myriad details—from
contract negotiations, production schedules, program development and marketing
objectives to lighting, audio visual, entrées and speakers —to
create a cohesive, influential event or video… on time and on budget.
EventFull Strategies’ depth and range of experience are its greatest
assets. Since 1998, from New York to Singapore and Boston to Barcelona;
from intimate, closed-door board retreats to weeklong international conferences
and trade shows, EventFull Strategies has been developing fully integrated
event strategies that achieve measurable results.
In 2008, video production joined our portfolio of services bringing creative
talent and videography expertise from the White House to Gillette Stadium;
from presidential inaugurations, SuperBowl games, PBS broadcast specials
and public service announcements, Michael Bennett Productions, now EventFull
Strategies, creatively stages and captures the client’s vision bringing
concept to life.

Brother Dennis Slaughter and children during MLK
Concert “Imagine a room
full of people bursting with ideas about an upcoming event—all clamoring
to be heard at once. Now picture EventFull Strategies’ Jodie Smith-Bennett
running that meeting. Her gentle but firm voice and exceptional facilitation
skills transformed eager individuals into productive team members who
listened respectfully to one another, wove together constructive ideas,
and got the job done. Why would you hire
anyone else to run your events or meetings?”
–Judge Charles E. Walker, Jr. Co-Chair,
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration Committee, Sharon, MA (2003-2005)
